What is semantics?  

Semantic refers to the” meaning “.Meaning conveyed by any word, phrase or sentence and also about the relationship of these phrases, sentences that accumulatively describe something whose understanding is necessary to make a communications good.

For example: In posting a letter. Does an address on letter describing the path we have to follow in order to deliver that letter at exact location.
