Cost reduction is an obvious benefit of effective communication, For instance, an organization is not effectively communicating with its internal and external public and is not been able to achieve its communication objectives and goals within the resources allocated for this purpose. It will suffer and the need for further communication will also arise to bridge those gaps and will require further resources in this regard.
