Commvault acquires Hedvig for $225M, To Accelerate Software-Defined Storage vision in Multi-Cloud








Commvault Systems has acquired the software-defined storage (SDS) startup, Hedvig. The transaction size is worth $225 Million.

The deal valuation includes the purchase price and costs incurred for the employee retention said the announcement.

Founded in 2012, San Francisco based, Hedvig, is a provider of software-defined storage for any enterprise compute environment running at any scale
