AnTuTu Issues List of Best Performance Android Phones for August 2018

AnTuTu Benchmark is a popular benchmark app for Android devices. It tests many parts of your device (like UX, CPU, RAM, GPU, IO) and assigns an overall score. Most recently, AnTuTu released the list of top performing android phones throughout August 2018.

For Antutu's best performance list this August 2018, the Xiaomi Black Shark gaming phone still ranks first, with an average score of 292,887, which is slightly lower than the average of last month's average (292,977), but still can maintain the advantage of the first place.

Xiaomi Black Shark is equipped with Snapdragon 845, 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage (UFS 2.1 flash memory), which is also the leading specs in the current list of Xiaomi's flagship mobile phone. Snapdragon 845's direct contact with the integrated liquid cooling system can effectively suppress the high temperature caused by high-load work, which truly deserves Black Shark to be the first place in the results.

It is also reasonable for the Meizu 16 series to achieve the second place with a score of 291,025. Because it also uses the liquid-cooled heat pipe cooling technology, which can bring the heat brought by the Snapdragon 845 high-frequency work more quickly. Famous android phones such as Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and OnePlus 6 are left far behind from the list. This may be because, the main focus of Black Shark is the performance and presence of the liquid cooling system. If you're uncertain, why Galaxy Note 9, which also has a liquid cooling system, gets low score - possibly because Black Shark's Joy UI optimization is different from Samsung Experience systems.
