Modern Farmhouse Planning

If you follow us on instagram (@houseofjadeinteriors) you may have seen that we are working on a new project. Above you can see the elevation sketch of the home built by Artisan Construction when it's finished. 

We've been checking in on the progress and planning for a beautiful modern farmhouse feel.  

I love color and I love bold design but I also can really appreciate a more subtle and vintage design when it's done well. We've been getting really inspired by so many great images including these:

We'll have wood floors, lots of white trim work and lots of black to add contrast. 

These are a few of the plans we've come up with so far.
