It's no secret that I genuinely love my neighborhood Daybreak so when they asked me to blog about two of their new model homes in their new Lake Village I jumped at the chance. If any one ever asks me what I love most about Daybreak I always say the lake. I love taking my kids to feed the ducks and we are always taking walks around the lake whenever we can. The homes at Lake Village are a dream for anyone that wants to have access to the lake whenever they want.
I love looking through model homes to get inspiration on finishes and decorating. The High Dining model by Destination Homes was stunning.
One of my favorite things about the homes in Lake Village is that they all have great access to the lake and amazing views. This model was no exception. The Living Room doors fold up so you get that feeling of indoor/outdoor living whenever you want.
The huge vaulted ceilings in the Kitchen and Dining area gave the home a really open feel.
The upstairs level has two bedrooms with the option to convert the loft into a third.
If you finish the basement you'll be enjoying a theater, huge t.v. and game table areas, two bedrooms and 10 foot ceilings!
After viewing this model I headed over to check out the Destination Lake Shore Condos. The condos are really luxurious and are literally right on the shore of the lake. These are great for people who travel a lot or have extra busy schedules and don’t want to mess with yard maintenance.
The model I walked through felt really spacious and open compared to most condos.
If you live in Utah or are thinking of moving to Utah you have to check out Daybreak! We've lived here for over 5 years and we can't imagine living anywhere else! The new Lake Village is one of kind living experience for sure!
