The updated SK Hynix databook has information on a new 1.12um pixel based sensor - the 8MP 1/4-inch YACG4A1C. The sensor delivers 30fps at full resolution and has RAW 8bit and 10bit output modes. The sensor is said to be sampling, as of Q4 2012.
The 1.4um pixel-based 5MP YACF4B1C raw sensor and 3MP YACE5B1S SOC are said to be in mass production. Their speed is 15fps at full resolution.
