Silver is best conductor but not used for wiring why?

If silver is the best conductor than why copper is used for electric wiring

Although Silver is a good conductor than copper, and can be used to make electrical wires, but it is not cheap. Copper is much less expensive and is more cost effective. Copper is a much more common metal than silver. That is why copper is commonly used for making electrical wires.
