Restriction of media usage in T-lines

Is there any restriction of media usage in T-lines that a particular type of guided or un guided media can be used and others cant be.

T Carrier /Line are a generic name for any of several digitally multiplexed carrier systems. Today, it is mostly used over fiber optic media. However, it can also run over other media types such as coaxial cable, microwave, or satellite systems.

T1 line is in common use today in Internet service provider (ISP) are using T1 lines has 1.45 Mbps transfer rate, provide internet connection or provide internet. Now another line available which is T3 line which ias 44.736 Mbps, those T3 are also used by ISP internet service provider.

Voice and other analogue signals are sampled 8,000 times in a second. Each digitized sample are of 8-bit word.  Each digitized signal transferred with 8,000 times a second because 24-channels being digitized. Each frame is separated from the next by a single bit, making a 193-bit block. The 192 bit frame multiplied by 8,000 and the additional 8,000 framing bits make up the T1's 1.544 Mbps data rate. The signaling bits are the least significant bits in each frame.
