"By only using the CPU, NightHawk would not be able to run in real time since the frame rate would be too low, not to mention that the power consumption would be too high. By using the CPU, GPU, DSP and ISP, ArcSoft claims that the NightHawk application is able to run in real time with more than 30% power savings."
