Business Wire: Morocco-based Nemotek Technologie announces an HD wafer-level camera module, the Exiguus A15-B1. The new 720p30 camera features two-element reflowable wafer-level lenses and provides lower distortion, better resolution and higher image quality while utilizing replicated lenses on glass wafers instead of traditional plastic.
Nemotek is currently sampling the Exiguus A15-B1.
Update: Nemotek published the module datasheet. Its 1/6-inch sensor is based on 1.9um pixel. The pyramid-like shape is quite unusual:
