What is internal and external distraction?
Distraction means the diverted or preoccupied attention of an individual or a group from a source of attention onto the less significant source. Internal distraction may vary from place to place. For instance, if you are working in an office the general chit chat of your colleagues can divert your mind from your work. Similarly external distraction could be an extra ordinary weather outside which might change your mood.
