What are suggestion systems?

Suggestions system is a two-way channel of communication between the employees and management. Through this system employees can share their suggestions with the management. As employees have the keen observations to the work going on, so they are in a position to suggest ways to improve the quality of work, the ways to reduce the cost, the ways to improve the work environment, customer service, weaknesses in the system and efficiency. Therefore, business organizations develop the suggestion system to take input from the employees. Organizations review these ideas and suggestions in order to achieve organizational goals in a better way.
