PMD Demos Low-Latency Interface

A new PMD CamBoard video on Youtube demos extremely low latency (there are sequences recorded in 4x and 8x slow motion), good ambient light performance and efficient switching from low power mode to active mode. PMD combines it with face recognition to validate that a user is looking towards the screen to minimize the risk of unintended usage: An interaction is only possible if a face has been detected and a valid finger pose is observed.
