What is  Unauthorized access?

Working in any organization defines some rules and access polices of its resources for an employee. That is called authorization. If any of the employee don’t follow that access policy of resources and want to access them from an illegal way that is called unauthorized access. Similar is with computer usage. If anyone try to access resources (logins, password, system) of another person or organization that is not accessible to him, that would be an unauthorized access.
