Forum is a non-profit industry, a group of people, organization that is dedicated for the development of new emerging technology networks, like broad band technology networks, Members included here are telecommunications networking agencies and service provider companies, broadband devices and equipment vendors, consultants and independent testing labs (ITLs).

IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) is organization that is implementing standards and measures for the security of internet and authorizes and protected use of internet resources. It is concerned with the evolution of Internet architecture and the smooth operation of the Internet. It is open to any interested individual. The technical work of the IETF is done in its working groups, which are organized by topic into several areas (such as routing, transport, security, and so on).
