Anthony Watts posted the 7-minute video of John Christy's testimony in the U.S. Senate.
Well, about 2 minutes at the beginning are dedicated to an introduction – explanations why Christy is really good. ;-) So he only has had about 5 minutes but he said almost everything that is important about the climate science, especially from the viewpoint of policymakers.
He began by saying that "I'm a climate scientist and there's no denying that climate disruption is not real", showed that there has been no rise in extreme weather e.g. during the recent century, and discussed why carbon regulation wouldn't have a detectable impact on the climate while it would be a detrimental effect on the economy.
Judging by the intensity of her thanks, former climate alarmist Barbara Boxer admitted that the debate is over and the alarmists have lost.
